Our journey into professional pet care began over a decade ago. After starting our own pet sitting businesses with the goal of turning our lifelong passion for animals into a career.
For more than 10 years, we successfully ran solo pet sitting companies building trusted relationships with over 500 local clients and their pets. During that time, we saw first-hand how important reliable, compassionate pet care is for owners who want the very best for their animals while they’re away.
As our experience and client base grew, we realized as friends and pet care colleagues that wanted to use our knowledge and passion for animals to help pet owners on a larger scale. That vision led to the creation of Cats in the City, a London based trusted reliable 5 star platform for pet owners to find the best home visit care for their pets in their local area.
